Your correspondence with Apollo
If you contact us by email, we use your address and message to respond and follow up. Depending on your request, processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request or our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. Messages are retained as needed for follow-up and any applicable legal obligations.
Analytics with your consent
PostHog is activated only after you accept analytics. It measures page visits and link clicks to improve the website. Session recording is disabled. We do not send URL query parameters or email contents. The site does not create named visitor profiles. Browser local storage keeps your choice for 180 days and, if you accept, the technical identifiers used by PostHog.
Changing your choice
You can accept or decline analytics, then withdraw consent at any time through the “Privacy preferences” button at the bottom of every page. Declining does not restrict access to content. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent analytics from starting. Withdrawal stops new measurements and does not automatically delete data already transmitted.
Providers and transfers
Fly.io hosts this website. Consented analytics events are sent to PostHog on its US infrastructure (us.i.posthog.com), so this data may be processed outside the European Union. See these providers’ information about their data protection safeguards. Technical logs needed for operation and security are handled by the hosting provider.
Your rights and contact
For questions about your data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where these rights apply, email contact@apollovisionlabs.com. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL. This policy covers the public website; applications published by Apollo describe their own processing in their respective policies.
